Payment Information

I accept payments via:
- International bank card transfer
- PayPal
- Crypto (Bybit, Monero, ETH)
I will provide detailed payment information during commission approval.

If you have questions or unique requests, feel free to message me — everything can be discussed! ♡I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel I am not the right fit for it.

Terms of Service

What You Need for a Commission

Please provide:
- Visual reference(s) of the character, pose, style, outfits, and background
- All ideas must be supported with image references (no written-only descriptions). Any detail without a reference may be ignored or interpreted freely

File Delivery

- Art commissions are delivered as high-resolution .png
- VTube models (unrigged) are delivered as .psd file (ready for rig)
- VTube models with rig are delivered as .moc3

Revisions & Workflow

Each commission includes 4 stages: Sketch → Lineart → Coloring → Rendering/Stylization.
At each stage, you will be shown a preview.- You can request up to 3 free revisions per stage
- Additional changes will be charged depending on complexity
- Sketch revisions are free, others are paidNo refunds will be accepted after the sketch has been approved.
If the work hasn’t been started within 3 months, a refund can be requested.

Artist Credit & Watermark

Unless the commercial license is purchased, I will add a watermark or logo to the artwork.
You cannot remove or crop out the watermark unless explicitly agreed upon for a fee.Watermark removal without commercial rights is not allowed.Credit must be given if the art is posted online (e.g., “Art by @moreeechka”).

Commercial Use & Rights

By default, commissions are for personal use only.
You cannot use the artwork for monetized content, printed merchandise, or promotional material without purchasing a commercial license.

Monetized Content License (+80% of base price)

Grants the right to:
- Use in monetized YouTube/Twitch streams
- No watermarkThis license does not include:
- Reselling the artwork as-is
- Transferring or selling the artwork to third partiesYou have to credit me as author.

Commercial License (+100% of base price)

Grants the right to:
- Use in monetized YouTube/Twitch streams
- Use in commercial products and printed merchandise
- Use in games or promotional projects
- No watermarkThis license does not include:
- Reselling the artwork as-is
- Transferring or selling the artwork to third partiesYou have to credit me as author.

Character Design & Concept Ownership

If I create a character for you from scratch (design, outfit, colors, theme), I retain full authorship unless rights are transferred.IP/Concept Ownership Transfer (+100% of base price):
Gives you rights to:
- Use the design freely in commercial works
- Use the character as your own intellectual property (OC, mascot, etc.)Without this payment, you may use the character for personal purposes only.

Full Rights Buyout on Artwork (300% of base price)

Grants you exclusive ownership of the artwork and all usage rights.
I will not:
- Post it anywhere
- Claim authorship publicly
- Reuse any part of itThis option is ideal for clients working with brand deals or large-scale media projects.

VTube Model Rights

- Commercial rights are included by default with the purchase
- However, you may not:
- Resell the model to other people
- Use it to create merchandise (stickers, standees, etc.) unless separately discussed
- Transfer it to a third party without prior agreement

Portfolio & Privacy

I reserve the right to post commissioned works on my social media or portfolio.
However, if you want the commission to remain private:

Privacy Option (+10% of base price):

I won’t post your artwork publicly.
Alternatively, I can delay posting (e.g., until your debut/project release), it's free just let me know.

Other

- NSFW is accepted with +50% fee
- Animation or other special requests can be discussed individually
- If your needs are not listed in the price list, feel free to reach out — everything can be discussed
